IEX Consulting utilizes hybrid analytical method, wherein the volume of risk of the presence of flammable mixture is directly influenced by the following factors:
 
1 - Physical and chemical properties of the flammable substances handled, processed or stored in the industry;
2 - Environmental conditions, such as wind speeds, wind directions prevailing, ambient temperatures, etc..;
3 - For units in operation, we analyze even the personnel operating the unit, accident history, etc..;
 
This method allows to reach solutions as close to reality as possible, so that the area classification tends to be reduced, not in excess unnecessary burdening the plant.
